Join Our Team
Any individual applying to Learn N’ Grow must have
- High school diploma or GED
- US citizen, permanent resident or with work authorization to work in Day Care Centers in Frisco
- Knowledge of safety practices as they relate to infant/toddler/preschool/school age children
- Good written and oral communications skills
- Infant, Child and Adult CPR/First Aid certified at time of hire or achieve certification within 30 days from date of hire
- Employment conditional upon results of the following:
- Satisfactory criminal background-check for child care centers
- Satisfactory Drug Screen
Preferred:
- Child Development Associate Degree (CDA) or higher
- Working experience at a childcare facility
